How do I contact Like Family in an Emergency?

If you are a Member or Social Carer experiencing an emergency please dial 000 and request assistance from Police, Fire, or Ambulance services as your first priority.

Once you have contacted emergency services and obtained appropriate support, please contact Like Family in one of the following ways:

Our phone number is 1800-545-332. Our phones are open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for NSW and VIC, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in QLD

If you are unable to speak on the phone, or your emergency takes place outside of usual business hours, please email us using our Contact Us form, or by emailing hello@likefamily.com.au directly.

We will then get in touch with you as a priority once we reopen.
