Booking cancellations leave members at risk of not receiving the care they need and expect and should only be done in case of illness or emergency.
Clear communication between the member and the Social Carer is essential. Expenses and payments are to be discussed between both parties.
If you need to cancel for more than one booking please contact Like Family so we can arrange for someone else to complete those bookings.
You can do this by clicking on the “Bookings” tab and then clicking on the booking you wish to cancel. From there, scroll down and click “Cancel Booking” and enter the reason for the cancellation.
