A Guide to Good Messaging on the Like Family Platform

This module provides guidance on how to appropriately and professionally exchange messages with Members on the Like Family platform.

Messaging is the primary form of communication that exists between Members and Social Carers on the Like Family platform. In addition to your profile, your messages with a Member give them their initial impression of you, so it's important that you get it right.
