From searching for support workers to managing bookings, here's everything Members can do with our mobile app.

We've recently launched our mobile app for Members! You can now search for support workers, post Activities, and effortlessly manage bookings—all from the palm of your hand.
How can I download the Like Family app?
Our mobile app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play store. Just search for "Like Family" or click one of the links below.
Once you've downloaded the app, log in with your Like Family account details.
What can I use the Like Family app for?
You can use the Like Family app to:
- search for local Social Carers
- post, manage and edit Activities
- send messages to Carers
- create, confirm and cancel bookings
- get real-time notifications
The following features are only available on the web version, but may be added to the app in future updates:
- manage invoices
- upload risk assessments
- view our events page
- view "My journey" section
How can I enable push notifications?
We highly recommend enabling push notifications to get notified whenever a Social Carer applies to your Activity or sends you a message, as well as other important updates. To enable push notifications:
- Open the Like Family app
- Go to your profile section
- Toggle the switch to enable push notifications.
