If you are a Social Carer who isn't looking for work at the moment (but would like to return in the future) you have the option to mark yourself as "unavailable". You can do this via the Like Family app or website.

How to deactivate your account
If you would like to deactivate your Like Family account:
- Please email our Customer Care team at hello@likefamily.com.au using a subject like "Account Deactivation Request". We'd appreciate if you could include a brief reason for why you would like to deactivate your account (to help us improve our services).
- We'll review your request, and may ask for some additional information to verify your identity.
- We'll proceed to deactivate your account.
