How do I sign up for the Like Family Coordinator Dashboard?

Whether you have 1 client or 50, you can manage everything from invoices to scheduling support, all from 1 simple dashboard

As a support coordinator, you can use the Like Family dashboard to search for and message Social Carers (support workers), post Activities for your clients, manage the roster of care, view invoices, and more. It's a quick and easy way to find and hire the right support for your clients.

How to join Like Family as a Coordinator

  1. Head to our sign up page and select "My client".
  2. Enter your contact details, then click "sign up"
  3. From here, you can choose to:
    1. Search for Social Carers (support workers) first, and view their profiles
    2. Add your first client to your account

How to add a client to your account

  1. Go to your dashboard, then select "Add client"
  2. Add your client's name, suburb and date of birth
  3. Once you've created their account, you can set up their profile with more details about their support preferences
  4. Optional - post an Activity that describes what type of support your client needs and when. This is the quickest way to start connecting with local support workers.

You can add more clients to your account via your Like Family dashboard at any time.
