      How do I use my NDIS funding with Like Family?

      Like Family are a NDIS Registered Provider and we can support Agency, plan managed and self-managed members.

      NDIS Agency Managed

      You will need:

      • NDIS plan number
      • Plan start and end date
      • Funding area you want to use (core supports or capacity building)
      • The amount you would like to allocate to Like Family

      Plan Managed

      You will need:

      • NDIS plan number
      • Plan start and end date
      • Funding area you want to use (core supports or capacity building)
      • The amount you would like to allocate to Like Family
      • Name, phone and email address for your plan provider

      Self Managed

      You will need:

      • NDIS plan number
      • Funding area you want to use (core supports or capacity building)
      • Email address for your invoices

      If you are plan or agency managed and would like to receive an invoice for your records just let us know and we can send a copy of each invoice to you.
