      I'm struggling to find the right Social Carer - what can I do?

      We're committed to helping you find the right Social Carer (support worker) for your clients' needs. Here's how.

      If you are a Support Coordinator and are having difficulties:

      • finding a Social Carer who matches your client's needs and interests, or
      • finding a Social Carer in a specific location, or
      • finding a specific type of Social Carer e.g. someone who provides domestic assistance, or
      • receiving any Activity applications or replies to Social Carer messages

      We can help! Like Family is more than happy to recruit new Social Carers who meet the needs and location of your clients. 

      Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will find a suitable candidate due to current worker shortages. In addition, the recruitment process for new Carers can take 3-6 weeks due to NDIS check processing time and our comprehensive vetting process.
