What if I cannot find a match?
We may be an online platform but we have a team that is here to help!
Our team is constantly monitoring the Activities Board to make sure that all Activities are matched and completed, however, if you haven’t been able to find the right Social Carer for you, we have your back!
Please contact us on 1-800-like-family and our Customer Experience team will review your activity with you and make some recommendations on how we can update it to get a better response.
We will also reach out to our Social Carer community once we find out a little more and match you directly with a few people.
