When will I receive payment for bookings?

Social Carer payments are processed on the 1st and the 15th of each month (or the following business day). You must complete bookings in order to be paid for them.

When are payments processed?

Social Carer payments are processed on the 1st and the 15th of each month unless the 1st and 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case they will be processed the following business day. Payments can take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.

Which bookings will be paid for each payment cycle?

Bookings completed between the 1st to the 15th of the month are paid on the 1st of the following month. Social Carers must log the booking as complete on the platform by 11:59 PM on the 15th to be paid for this period. 

Bookings completed from the 16th to the 31st of the month are paid on the 15th of the following month. Social Carers must log the booking as complete on the platform by 11:59 PM on the 30th or 31st to be paid for this period. 

Please note that without exception, we are unable to pay for bookings that were not completed by the payment period.

Example: If you complete a booking between 1 and 15 July, and marked it as complete on the platform by 11:59 PM on 15 July, you will be paid on 1 August (or the following business day). 

Please note, if the pay run falls on a weekend, you will get paid on the following business day. Payments can take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
