When will I receive payment for bookings?

Payments for completed bookings are processed on the 1st and the 15th of each month (or the following business day). To ensure timely payment, please complete your bookings in full.

Payment Processing Schedule:

Payments are processed on the 1st and the 15th of each month. If these dates fall on a weekend or public holiday, processing will occur on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Booking Completion and Payment Cycle:

For bookings completed between the 1st and the 15th of the month, the invoice will be generated and sent to the Member with funds disbursed on the 1st of the following month. To be included in this payment cycle, bookings must be marked as complete on the platform by 11:59 PM on the 15th.

For bookings completed from the 16th to the 31st of the month, the invoice will be generated and sent to the Member with funds disbursed on the 15th of the following month. To be included in this payment cycle, bookings must be marked as complete on the platform by 11:59 PM on the 30th or 31st.

Important: Payments cannot be processed for bookings not completed within the specified payment period.

Example: If you complete a booking between 1 and 15 July and mark it as complete on the platform by 11:59 PM on 15 July, funds will be disbursed on 1 August (or the following business day).

Note: If the payment processing date falls on a weekend, funds will be disbursed on the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
