How do I track travel that happens on a booking?

All kilometres traveled as part of a booking must first be agreed with a member before the booking.

Once you have agreed on the cost of travel you need to make a log of all travel and log on bookings if you are claiming via Like Family.

You can use the following methods:

• Written logbook
• Online journey
• SMS or email confirmation between you and the member
• Use an online app like Life360 app (we recommend as this is free and can track all travel history)
