How do I update my availability or profile?

Your Social Carer dashboard is the best place to go to manage any aspect of your account, including your availability.

Once logged in, click on “Profile” in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You will then see the different areas of your profile that you can adjust. 

Including about you, hobbies, interests, qualifications and availability.

If you are busy with work or a holiday you need to update your availability immediately.

You just need to set your profile to unavailable. You can do this by clicking on your Profile in the top right-hand corner and then selecting the Availability button. 

It's important you review and update your profile regularly, we would recommend you review the contents every 3 months to ensure it's up to date.
