What do I do if my regular Social Carer is unavailable?

Don’t worry - we have lots of people that are here to help! Post an activity and the team here can help find a match if needed.

If the booking is not within the next 2 days, create a one-off activity job on the platform to connect with Social Carer  that would be available to fill in. 

If the booking is within the next 2 days, contact our Customer Experience team, let us know what you require and we can do our best to organise an alternative Social Carer for the booking.
