Like Family can work with self-managed Home Care Package providers to deliver support that complements their service provision.
Your Home Care Package provider will act as an intermediary invoice manager, i.e. they will need to arrange payment of invoices.
Home Care Packages - Management Types
Home Care Packages can be managed 2 ways - Self and Case Managed.
Self-managed Members can currently choose:
- their provider and whether they wish to change providers at any stage;
- how they want to spend their funds, as the money is not allocated to specified areas
- who and when services are delivered.
