How do I get started for my client?

Create a Like Family profile for your client to start connecting with reliable Social Carers in a matter of minutes

Whether you have 1 client or 50, you can manage them all via your Like Family dashboard.

I already have clients with Like Family

If you already have clients with Like Family, log in to your coordinator dashboard then add a new Member to your account. You can easily switch between clients via your dashboard.

I don't have any clients with Like Family

If you're completely new to Like Family, you will need to create a new coordinator account before you can add a client.

Head to our sign up page and select "My client".
Follow the steps to create your account.
Once you're taken to your support coordinator dashboard, select "Add client" then add their details.

How to start connecting with Social Carers

The best way to connect with Social Carers is to post an Activity. This is like a job ad that describes what type of support your client needs, which Carers can apply to. You can also search for and message Social Carers via your dashboard.
